UK delivery
- Standard delivery: £7.99 per order.
- Express delivery: £10.99 per order.
- Free delivery on orders of £120 or more.
Online prices include careful packing in our branded boxes. Fresh, chilled and frozen items are packed in insulated packaging with ice packs and sent on a next-day service. We dispatch fresh and frozen orders Monday to Wednesday only, so your parcel never waits in a depot over the weekend. Please refrigerate or freeze these items as soon as they arrive.
Very heavy items such as 25 kg sacks may need to be sent separately; we will contact you if an extra delivery charge applies.
Click and collect: free
Order online and collect free from our shop at 11 Lancaster Buildings, Astley Walk (off Ironmarket), Newcastle-under-Lyme ST5 1PG, close to Rayman Stationery. Orders are usually ready within 2 hours during opening hours, and we will email you when your order is ready.
Dispatch
Orders are usually prepared within 24 hours. We will contact you if an item is out of stock or a substitution is needed.
